The reliability and proven track record of our firm as a whole has enabled us to develop an unrivalled client base who utilise our skills on a repeat basis, many of whom have done so for over a decade.
Our process servers ensure a height of diligence unknown to our competitors and such expertise has propelled Proteus to the pinnacle in the particular and specialised field of process serving. The dedication of our process servers guarantees client satisfaction and, once instructions are in our hands, eliminates the need for concern in that area.
Affidavits and Statements are drafted internally by our legally-trained staff who ensure that the content and format thereof comply with all current legislative requirements.
We provide process serving on a fixed-fee basis with no set limit to the number of visits made to a property and accordingly our clients avoid any unexpected fee increases once the process server's work is undertaken. No additional fees are charged in respect of mileage, out-of-hours process serving or for drafting Affidavits or Statements of Service. Furthermore, our fixed fees apply irrespective of the nature of the documents being served and whether personal service is required or not.
A substantial benefit offered by Proteus is that we are pleased to provide discounts of up to 25% off standard process service rates for bulk or regular instructions and accordingly fixed-fee rates are then as low as £45.00 per serve.
Turnaround between receipt of instructions and action thereon is without fail within 12 hours. Our process servers are acutely aware of both the needs of the client and the requirements of the Courts in receiving prompt and effective action.
Service of documents on an urgent basis presents no difficulties whatsoever as our process servers are almost continually within reach of any specified location and we undertake such urgent service at no increase in cost. Furthermore, our operatives can collect documents for service from the issuing Court, from the client's office, or from any other specified address.
