Process Servers

leading the industry and dominating
the profession of process servers and investigators, providing a
uniquely innovative approach to process serving, investigation
and skip tracing on behalf of the legal, commercial and private sectors.

The main thrust of all business services provided by Proteus over the many years of its existence has been process serving and hence the level of expertise and economy offered by our firm has been honed to a fine art which cannot be surpassed by any other process servers.

As testimony to the above, our exceptional client base, ranging from sole traders to multinational companies, continues to use our process servers skills on a repeat basis. We pride ourselves on being able to offer our process serving abilities on a flexible basis to suit the individual need of each client yet still within our usual economic and efficient general structure.

Expertise

The expert knowledge of our process servers cannot be matched by our competition and the same has allowed Proteus to become the premier firm of process servers within the industry. Each of the individual process servers within our firm has undergone extensive vetting and proven themselves to possess the requisite skills required as an effective process server in order to ensure that our clients are able to entrust their needs into our hands without further concern.

Affidavits and Statements of Service are dealt with almost on an automatic basis by our internal staff who are versed in all current legal and regulatory requirements, ensuring that the latter are complied with meticulously and avoiding difficulties so frequently encountered with less experienced less conscientious process servers.

Economy

Our process servers work on a fixed-fee basis only with no specified limit to the extent of visits made to a property and accordingly clients are not subject to surprise fees or subsequent increases in the quoted fee which then have to be explained to their respective clients. Process serving is always provided at a perceived cost level. Proteus consistently provides a NO-FEE policy in respect of mileage, out-of-hours process serving, and drafting of the process servers' affidavit/statements of service. In addition, our process server fees are cited irrespective of the type of document to be served and irrespective of whether personal service is needed.

Discounts up to 25% off standard rates can be provided for bulk or regular business, naturally without any reduction in the service provided by our process servers, and our fixed fees are thereby reduced to as little as 45.00 per serve.

Efficiency

The turnaround time for each individual process serving instructions is offered within 12 hours of receipt of instructions. Such expediency is provided as our process servers are fully accustomed to the clients needs and indeed the Court requirements.

Urgent process serving is generally taken as granted, within certain physical limitations, and our process servers are almost inevitably available at any given time to undertake process serving instructions at no additional cost other than our standard process server fees whatever the location. Our process servers are also available to collect service documents from the issuing Court, client, or other location at short notice should such process serving be required.

Effectiveness

The run-of-the-mill hours of operation for our process servers is not only the standard working hours of the business day but also early morning and evenings as we fully appreciate that an effective process server must operate at somewhat anti-social hours in order to obtain an effective success rate for process serving. Hence our process servers regularly attend addresses out-of-hours, at weekends and during holidays so that documents are served to the highest degree.

Our process servers are spread throughout the UK in total, as well as representatives internationally, and thus we are able to ensure that all process serving work can be covered without hesitation.
